Drone Footage
It’s nice to have a bird’s eye view so that buyers can see the full property. I provide drone footage in both still and video form. This is especially important on large plots of land.
Custom Floor Plans
I provide custom floor plans for your house. Studies have shown that buyers want to see the floor plans of the home before coming to see it. This allows them to see the layout and better understand if the house will suit their needs.
